Vanessa’s Mindfulness and Well-being mini-course was very well-organized and rigorous but in an informal, friendly, supportive way. I enjoyed our weekly meetings very much - it was something to look forward to during a difficult patch (confinement). It helped me understand what mindfulness is about and how it can improve my life. We did so many things: breathing, stretching and meditation online, she gave us information about the science behind mindfulness, we could talk and listen to each other. We were at it every day as we got a daily challenge to practice. That was a very special thing about the course.
It was also a way to practice our English and Vanessa even gave us a vocabulary list connected to the topic before each meeting and we were encouraged to write a journal.
There was information and practice to last us for much longer than a month! And now it is up to us to take advantage of all the many things we learnt and practiced.

Para mí ha sido una oportunidad de sentirme de nuevo "aprendiendo".
He podido experimentar la consciencia de mi "aquí y ahora" a través del contacto con mis emociones, sensaciones (olores, sabores, sonidos, visiones..) etc. Experimentar estar en el presente me ha dado serenidad, apertura, conciencia e ilusión por seguir ejercitando y aprendiendo en relación al mindfulness.

The course was really enriching for me, full of short tasks which are easy to do without taking a lot of time, but helping you to be aware that you need to stop and take care of yourself during the day. People were very nice, and Vanessa is very nice and empathic. She made an effort to explain us the ‘technical’ reasons of the tasks in an easy way, which is very helpful to understand the fundamental of the exercises. Definitely, I would do another mini-course with Vanessa again, thank you very much Vanessa!

From my perspective the Mindfulness mini-course makes me to be aware of my feelings, to keep calm, to be more gentle, patient and kind with myself. It is a very useful course. A pleasure to learn all those things with Vanessa!

Mindfulness was something new for me. The way you ran the course as well as being a part of the group, helped me to change my behaviour. At first I spoke more, then I was quieter and I found myself listening more to the others. Little by little I learnt more about the Mindfulness techniques.
I don't know about next year, but if you will plan a new course let me know.

Virtual MINDFULNESS & WELL-BEING MINI COURSE
- MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE : Every day for 30 days, you will receive a short mindfulness challenge in your email and / or what’s app.
- MINI -MINFULNESS MEETING: Once a week (4 weeks) we will have a mini-mindfulness meeting for 1 hour where you will:
- practice some mindfulness techniques
- share your experiences
- MINDFULNESS PRACTICE: You are encouraged to practice the mindfulness every day for about 5 to 10 minutes daily.
